Returns

  • We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Cash on Delivery (COD) adjustments or as agreed with our customer support team.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Exchanges

  • Currently, Talisa Trips does not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
